Our car key fob stopped working so took it them to get reprogrammed. They charged $140 for some "diagnostic test" and didn't fix the issue. They said we'll have to replace the keys, and new keys would cos reprogrammed. They charged $140 for some "diagnostic test" and didn't fix the issue. They said we'll have to replace the keys, and new keys would cost $550. They also said our keys were not authentic Toyota keys. That's total xx, because we had gotten those keys with our brand new Toyota from an authorized Toyota dealer in 2016. They worked fine for almost 9 years!!! I think this dealership is trying to extort money from naive customers. More

I took my RAV4 in for routine maintenance, tire rotation, State Vehicle Inspection and new brake pads. Everything thing was done in a timely fashion (I waited in seating area). I was not happy with the upscale done by the sales manager. I was talked into a warranty that may be bogus for an additional $50.00 a month that cannot be canceled. The service department is terrible. Period. Can’t get anything done as agreed in contracts. Price gouging is commonplace and the ideal they’re striving to achieve apparently. Period. I was having a serious problem with my Lexus and was not comfortable driving it to St. Louis for servicing.
