Worst buying experience of my life. Vehicle delivered with a broken windshield and damaged side window. Took a month and a half before it was finally replaced and that was with me following up with them with a broken windshield and damaged side window. Took a month and a half before it was finally replaced and that was with me following up with them multiple times a week because they would never reach out to me. They never delivered my 2nd key with the vehicle, then they lost it attempting to mail it to me. Finally got them to pay for my 2nd key after almost a month and a half. Does it end there? Nope. After 2 months I get a call from my bank that they never even made the payoff. Dealership says they have no idea what happened. Will never buy from this dealer again. More

Had to wait a few days to get the vehicle, and they worked around my work schedule. A hold up occurred in the service department from receiving my vehicle before a business trip i cannot move or plan around due to it being a high-profile trip I cannot miss. James Philpott (JT) kept in constant communication through out the exchange and kept a level head, even through this minor issue. More

Typical dealer looking to rake $$$ with hidden fees I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from Jimmy Britt in Dublin because they went round and round trying to cover hidden fees, manipulate overall sales I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from Jimmy Britt in Dublin because they went round and round trying to cover hidden fees, manipulate overall sales numbers, and misrepresent government required charges. I don't blame the salesperson as much as the management. The sales rep I worked with seemed new and unfamiliar with the process, but the sales manager--who was overly persistent--relentlessly continued to hustle me into erroneous fees and hide the overall pricing of their new vehicle and my trade-in value into one lump charge versus a breakdown of values; common shell game. What is worse, is they charge double of the required government fees (i.e. Title fee, GA Plate fee, and Lemon Law fee) under a separate charge named "Government Fee". They say this is mandatory along with their ridiculously priced Documentation Fee, yet they do not itemize what constitutes their so-called mandated Documentation Fee. Especially when their stated "Electronic Filing Fee" falls under their Government Fee. Just another attempt to swindle more money from the consumer. Of course, as a last attempt to appease me, they stated they would lower the price on the new vehicle, which was supposedly already at its lowest, to cover the two misleading "required" fees. In the end, I do not trust this dealership and will not recommend. More
