I got a call saying my car was ready to go and driving good so I picked it up the next day only to have it break down 20 miles down the road. After inspection my car had no oil in it and the engine was lo good so I picked it up the next day only to have it break down 20 miles down the road. After inspection my car had no oil in it and the engine was locked up. After calling the shop Joe told me there was nothing he could do and not to bring the truck back. I get home and review my receipt to see it says that Jimmy Britt is not responsible because they said it was unsafe to drive. That’s not what Joe said when he called. Funny thing is Joe no longer works at Jimmy Britt. Apparently he no longer works there since right after I picked my car up. Coincidental? I think not! Now I’m stuck with the bill of replacing the engine but I did get offered a 10% off coupon off my next trip to Jimmy Britt. That will never happen again! More
