The guys at Joe Rizza Acura were fantastic. Unlike other dealerships in the Chicagoland area, Ahmad was willing to talk numbers over the phone and let you know exactly what you're going to pay. I also had a trade-in and I took photos of any damage I thought they would be concerned about. When I actually came in to trade the car in and pick up my new MDX, it turned out that they saw a lot more damage on the trade-in than I had noticed. Normally one would assume that this is a common ploy to screw the buyer over, but these guys saw how far I had driven to do business and they were willing to work with the numbers to make sure I basically paid what I had been expecting to pay. Very impressed, and would highly recommend Joe Rizza to anyone based on my first experience with them. More
