Pretty decent I initially scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I arrived at the scheduled time my appointment was not in the system. However the car from Enterprise was filthy. The center counsel had dried coffee or pop all over it. Otherwise my visit and the service was great. More

Rizza service is top notch. The extended warranty co.sux. Lauren Kutchy is a big asset for your service department. She followed up with me several times throughout the process. But this experience I'd rate Lauren and your service department a 10 in all respects. A loaner would have been a nice touch too but I had to rent a car instead.
