Lied about the cause of breakdown 2012 Ford focus automatic, had tcm issue, dealer refused to cover tow, as indicated under the extended warranty, and charged me $341 for diagnostics, 2012 Ford focus automatic, had tcm issue, dealer refused to cover tow, as indicated under the extended warranty, and charged me $341 for diagnostics, battery cable and battery cable install. They also did not perform other recall work that needed to be done, refused to show what they claimed was a bad cable. By the way, car only has 55,000 miles, and all scheduled service was done by Ford mechanics. This was/is my last Ford, and I've been driving and buying Ford's for 35 years. More
