Great service and care! Lauren welcomes me and took care of my tire issue on my MKC. I love my car and I discovered the injury to my tire late in the day. After reassuring me it was safe to drive on, Lauren ordered the new tire and made an appointment for it to be replaced the next day at noon. Everything went smoothly.
