We were trading in our 4 year old Lincoln We visited Joe Rizza Ford last Saturday and we were met by a salesman Al. Al was very courteous and helpful. Whether we are purchasing a new car or visiting the service department for regular maintenance, we are treated as if we are part of the Rizza family (which we feel like after purchasing so many vehicles from them!!). Most recently we've purchased two vehicles from Fiori Maritato, and we couldn't ask for a better experience. We purchased both a new vehicle and a used vehicle from Fiori, and we trust that he helps us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. He listens to what we are looking for, learning more and more about us and our needs. He is direct and no nonsense. And using the word Trust is done intentionally, because we know we can trust him. Buying a used car can be a cause for uncertainty, but Fiori provided all the information we needed, including the Car Fax, to ensure we had the details we needed to make an informed decision. When we are ready for our next vehicle, we will definitely be visiting Rizza Ford, and Fiori Maritato! More
my visit I had a coupon Ford sent me for the works and a front end Alignment check for $39.99 I was charged $49.95 instead. However $10.00 was taken off which I had a coupon Ford sent me for the works and a front end Alignment check for $39.99 I was charged $49.95 instead. However $10.00 was taken off which still did not match the coupon price. There was no indication that an Alignment was done. They recommended Tires, and Transmission Fluid to be changed for $139.00, no price on the tires I didn't feel i needed them now.. I declined. In the past they have always washed the outside of the car this time they did not. On the good side they completed the work within a couple of hours. I have had better service from this Ford dealer perhaps it was an off day More

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. A very good experience. The sales staff was excellent with helping me find a new car with all my requirements and then some. Once I purchased the car, before we left the dealer, Joe Gio our saleman went over almost every option to make sure I knew how to use the vehicle. Shelby the concierge that I had met with, called to make sure I was able to work everything on the vehicle and walked me through steps to use some options. My husband had some mechanical questions and spoke with the service writer/mechanics for answers. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Joe Rizza Ford/Lincoln. More
