The friendly face and upbeat personality of Lauren Kutsche was a refreshing change from the hum drum non personality people that are at the other shops I have been to. I felt like he was taken care of a friend and that is how I felt when I left, I will be back for sure. I know that in this world there are plenty of options for car repair, but the bottom line is you know what the true meaning of a professional first class repair shop is that I have not gotten from the "quick fix" shops out there. I have found a great option for all my car service needs! More

2.5 hour oil change Went in for an oil change, upon arrival I stood outside my truck for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was in the building. Once I was final Went in for an oil change, upon arrival I stood outside my truck for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was in the building. Once I was finally helped I was told my oil change would take 60-90 minutes. After waiting for 2 hours I spoke to the service manager who checked me in...he asked who I spoke to? Clearly he didn’t remember it was him. He then told me he’d go check on my truck...but then he stopped and chit chatted with another employee for a few minutes. Once he returned he told me that they were working on it and it would be a few more minutes....I guess a few more means :45? Terrible experience More
