Lacking good customer service and communication I got new air bags 2 wks ago due to a recall, was told the airbag light was on and may not go off after fixing the bags, but it wasn't on when I got t I got new air bags 2 wks ago due to a recall, was told the airbag light was on and may not go off after fixing the bags, but it wasn't on when I got there. When I went to pick my car up, they offered to check it out for $125 diagnostic fee. I explained that my light was never on and I never had a problem with it, but I was told that it was when they took it to the bag. It's funny how, the light was all of a sudden on when it was in FORD'S care..plus I was shocked when they told me about it since I had no clue and I only took it in because I received a letter for the airbag recall. It would have been nice of management or someone could have checked this situation out for me...now I'm stuck with an air bag light that's on which isn't my fault. More
