Our salesperson was great. Showed us several cars. I did think that we should have received floormats. I will say i am concerned regarding the battery which had to be jumped before our test drive. I brought my car in last Monday and was told they would have to order a part. Later on Ike called and said it would be ready Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday around 4 when I had not heard from h have to order a part. Later on Ike called and said it would be ready Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday around 4 when I had not heard from him I called. Ike was not there so someone else returned my call and said it would be back Thursday before noon . We ended up getting it back Friday. I felt there was poor communication. After waiting so long to get my car back I thought the least you could do was to clean the outside. When I went out to the lot to pick up my car there was bird poop on the side of the car from being left outside for 5 days. More

I like coming to this dealer they listen to your concerns and explain your problems to your in laymen terms. The service was average, and the price for the "Lincoln" oil change and maintenance had increased from $65 to $99, outrageous! I will find another dealership to use.
