I bought this car in December 2019. Winter .I didn't check trunk. It was wet insulin and missing tire jack and handle! After driving it next week. Noticed clank when backing out of garage. Since the virus is here I didn't drive much but wife did and noticed same noise. Brought in once found nothing. Drove my wife downtown and back. Take foot of brake car doesn't move.Put foot on pedal feel thump car moves. Brought back in left over night they say found nothing. Something is wrong with the vehicle. Apprehensive about driving it! Need help from management. This is why I purchased best warranty. I want my wife safe in this car or another one. More

Loving my new Aviator Joey did an outstanding with having my vehicle prepped and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. While I was inside signing all the paperwork Joey did an outstanding with having my vehicle prepped and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. While I was inside signing all the paperwork, he had all of my personal items and plates, moved from my old car to my new one. All total, I was in and out of the dealership in less than and hour. Even with the quick service, i never felt rushed and Joey was very thorough when it came to showing me some of the new features on my Aviator.
