This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Initially I couldn't take delivery because of a broken mirror. After being told the wrong part was ordered, it was discontinued then it's on it way all within a 2 day period I reached out to parent company Lithia after not being able to get any answers from anyone in service the car was ready next day (8 days after contract was signed). After all was said and done with the deal and the car was delivered to my home on 6/22, I got a call from my credit union that my trade in had not been paid off and I had a late payment showing as of 7/5. They were already aware the deal was completed on 6/15 and advised me no one from this dealership had contacted them and after multiple calls to JE and Lithia once someone finally contacted me they stated CU showed it pending. I called them to verify and they showee nothing. The payment posted as of 7/10 and I was as used the date showing on the check was 6/30 that it was sent. This whole situation has turned me off from ever dealing with another Honda dealer until full transparency on pricing is enforced (yes this dealer charges mark ups on new cars and unnecessary "add-ons" for used vehicles without providing LoJack login etc until parent company Lithia was reached out to for the 3rd time). As stated previously the salesman Kenny was great but every other department not doing anything as promised in a timely manner has been a complete failure all around. More

I feel so ripped off because I told the service rep the issue I was having with my car and brought it in so they can run a diagnostic test to see what the issue was and they recommended that it was my new issue I was having with my car and brought it in so they can run a diagnostic test to see what the issue was and they recommended that it was my new alternator that was recently installed that was the issue was my car so me not knowing much about cars, trusted them that that was the issue and paid 1000 to get the alternator changed. After they changed it, it was still giving me the same issue and he said that I will need to change the starter too which is another $1000. I felt something was off so I took it to 3 different mechanics and without them even running any tests, they told me the starter was the issue. I felt these reps one either did not know what they are talking about or two made me pay to fix somethjng that was not even the issue and then will get me to pay another $1000 to change the real issue. This is not ok and I feel scammed. I don’t make a lot of money. Will never come here again and will tell everyone I know not to come here. More
