Addressed all my concerns and questions. Staff fully addressed my questions regarding items on the 30,000 service list and my questions regarding tire wear patterns. And the waiting area is very nice, lots of sitting room, wide range of refreshments, internet service, clean rest room. It was a very good experience. This was probably my 6 or 7th visit. Always this nice. One area of improvement though: suggested or recommended service s/b brought to my attention during service in case I wanted to take care of it that day. More

Took WAY too long I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I chose to wait in the lovely reception area. It took almost an hour and 40 minutes to comp I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I chose to wait in the lovely reception area. It took almost an hour and 40 minutes to complete the service. I was told they could not rotate my tires due to tread wear. So basically it took 100 minutes for an oil change. They didn't even assess my brake pads in the inspection. I typically wait 45-60 minutes maximum for this service. I was completely unprepared for how long it took. Ther staff was very polite, but no reason or apology was given for the extended wait. More

Worth the Drive I’ve been working with John Hinderer for nearly a decade. When I moved to Columbus I attempted getting my CR-V serviced at a dealership closer to home I’ve been working with John Hinderer for nearly a decade. When I moved to Columbus I attempted getting my CR-V serviced at a dealership closer to home, but now make the trip to JHH every time. They’ve always provided quick and reliable service, while the concept of getting in for service same-day in Columbus is non-existent. The staff at JHH is friendly and the waiting space is always clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The few times JHH has made an error, they were quick not only to own it, but also do whatever it took to make the situation right. While we all make mistakes from time to time, simply taking ownership goes a very long way with me. I would highly recommend JHH More
