No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More

My vehicle was in for the regular service. I asked the adviser to please have my tire air pressure checked. A few days later my OnStar report came in. I checked the pressure on the system and it showed the tire low. Then I made a trip to Discount Tires on E-W Conn, they have a bay just for checking tire pressure and they put the air in the tire. This makes me wonder what else your service department didn't do. More
Initially I found out about them looking for a new traverse.. I had been researching a lot of other dealerships and when I contacted John Thornton I was immediately impressed with their customer servi traverse.. I had been researching a lot of other dealerships and when I contacted John Thornton I was immediately impressed with their customer service on line. This was followed by phone calls by me inquiring the availability of the car we wanted. Initially I was dealing with Brian Cosgrove and later Greg Karantza their sales manager. They didn’t have the car in their dealership but searched around to find one. They had it shipped to their location and arrived in a couple of days. I was given all of the information about the car, the price with discounts and all of the associated fees with it. It was the walk out of the door price. The price was really great! Upon picking up the car the price was as quoted and the car was ready. We traveled quite a distance to get there but it was worth it a hundred times over. No games, no gimmicks and no pressure. We walked out of dealer near us when the tried to bait and switch by daughter in law. It was reassuring that John Thornton was a dealership that prides itself being honest and upfront with their dealings. Do give them a try when shopping for a car. I was so lucky to have dealt with Brian and Greg. What an asset to there industry and the dealership! Thanks so much! More

The reason I'm giving for this rating, is because I had to go back for the same issue, I already had a couple of days before this incident. The first time I think the associate forgot I was there. Because to go back for the same issue, I already had a couple of days before this incident. The first time I think the associate forgot I was there. Because I was there for over five hours before I got my vehicle back. I had to go and remind him that I was there. Then he told me there wasn't anything wrong with my vehicle. A couple of days later I had the same issue. I was told that it was the battery which I was the reason I came there before. The second time I brought my vehicle back was great. And Your staff was their usual high quality customer service team. More
