I was in for my first Toyota Care appt. on my new RAV4. I now know how it works! Check in, sit in the comfortable waiting room that has drinks and snacks, read 100 pages of my book, Monica comes and gets yo now know how it works! Only negative...I was there longer than I thought I would be, 1 3/4 hours. But this was my first experience with a new car service, so I will be prepared next time. More

Had to go back next day for a new tire. Wasn’t too pleased with that. Then they lost a hat I had in my back seat when they lifted my seat up to put spare back. I found it after I had to pull baby se pleased with that. Then they lost a hat I had in my back seat when they lifted my seat up to put spare back.
