After few months when the vehicle was available, I was contacted by same sales person responding back to the query. My existing vehicle broke down on hwy 75 on the way to the dealership. Nate drove all the way to pick us up on the highway in the vehicle that we were interested in and made the sale upon reaching the dealership. During our conversation, I discovered that Nate had a slight hearing problem due to his past employment with US Army. I realized what could have potentially caused the miscommunications during my previous conversation with Nate. I felt bad for losing my cool during the previous visit to the dealership. I expressed and clarified my thoughts to Nate accordingly during our drive to the Dealership. Nate was a true gentleman. I walked away with exceptional service and the vehicle that we really wanted instead of compromising the color choice. More

Traveled from Oklahoma to buy Couldn’t find the exact car I wanted from my local dealer even searching the 4 state Gulf Region. Even tho I they ordered it June 2 it would not get here until September at the earliest. So I started searching cars.com & found one in Cincinnati at Joseph Toyota & requested a call back. Chris Ward, a fantastic guy, called me & verified they did have what I was looking for. He asked me what I wanted to pay & I told him. He said he would check & I figured that would be the end of it. But he soon called be back & said “It looks like you’ll be coming to Cincinnati.” Even with the expense of flying & all costs of driving home, motel-food-gas-tolls, I ended up saving $1000 over what my local dealer wanted. So would I recommend Joseph Toyota? ABSOLUTELY!! Let me add a few words about Chris Ward. He was wonderful to work with. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even picked me up at the airport. He had the car ready to go & saw that the paperwork was ready. Even suggested a great place to eat on my way out of town. He was able to get me in & out in about an hour. If you ever bought a new car & remember all the paperwork then you know how quick that is. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had I just got my new Toyota Tacoma 2020 Army Green TRD Pro. I live in Miami Florida and I flew over 1000 miles to Cincinnati Ohio to purchase it from Joseph Toyota. You might say I was crazy but I saved over $5000. Here in Miami the dealers are like sharks. They have horrible customer service with the “take it or leave it” attitude. I called at least 10 Toyota dealers from 5 different states. They all jack up the MSRP on the truck. Joseph Toyota sales representative, Dr. Joe Schroeder, took my call. He was so polite and humble and gave me a super honest price. Not only did he pick me up at the airport, drive me to the dealership but after we did all the paper work he surprised me with a packed lunch for my trip back to Florida. What a breath of fresh air. The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars. You name it, from Ranger Rovers to Mercedes Benz to BMW. Dr. Joe is definitely a very special human being and I am glad I bought my new Tacoma from Joseph Toyota in Cincinnati Ohio. Not my first bad experience here Stopped in Monday with my car and told them I had been getting an alert to come in for service. This is for my parking brake and the alarm started going off two weeks prior to someone rear-ending my car. Complete waiste of my morning— I should have been told this Monday while I was in their service center with my car. Toyota does not have the same high standards for their service teams. More
