And to my surprise, when we went to the dealership to take delivery, the price was exactly as quoted with no additional charges. From the time we entered the dealership, Larry made us feel very welcome and we left knowing that we made a good decision. To top it off, Dan walked my wife through all the details of the new car including Bluetooth and other features of the video display. Purchase was good, finance department miserable Had a good experience with Stacy our salesman, bought the car and did the paperwork with Jamie in Finance. 1 month later got call from Jamie needing p Had a good experience with Stacy our salesman, bought the car and did the paperwork with Jamie in Finance. 1 month later got call from Jamie needing proof of income and the first months payment which I gave to him on a credit card. Then we started to get calls from Toyota saying we were delinquent. Spoke to Art and Jamie and they both promised to clear it up. Still kept getting calls from Toyota and eventually just sent 2 months of payments to keep from getting calls. Jamie kept telling me it was my responsibility to contact Toyota and eventually he said he would look for check. Now he just does not return phone calls and they have my money somewhere!!!!!!! More

Confirms pricing again, and enforces to step into the location. Made us feel like a burden on them while promising best customer service. Gives reason then of pricing only for last month when rebates and pricing still valid and CHANGES the purchase price - AT WILL - to a $1000 more stating that they are a business. Overall TOTAL waste of time and trust and violation of customer dignity and professional ethics. This is an existing customer family, purchased 2 other currently owned vehicle from there,and who has refered other family members to purchase all Toyotas there. I walked into the showroom and a group of men where around a computer terminal watching a sporting event. No one said I word to me until I was walking back out of the showroom. A man shouted across the showroom, anything we can do for you. I said, since you didn't have an interest in the past 25 minutes, don't trouble yourself now. I would never recommend anyone to make the drive to this dealership. I went to Honda down the road and was greeted by 2 very nice and helpful salespeople. Honda is getting my sale. More

My Scion FR-S My search for a Scion FR-S started out a few weeks ago and I decided to call this dealership to verify a few details regarding the current lease offer My search for a Scion FR-S started out a few weeks ago and I decided to call this dealership to verify a few details regarding the current lease offer. I spoke to Bob and decided to stop out for a test drive. He was extremely busy that day and was in the middle of working on 3 car deals. We did the test drive and it was great. I explained to him I would not be able to purchase the car due to being in the middle of closing on a house but I would be back as soon as we closed. I went back out to purchase the car and all was well until Bob discovered I had been given the wrong information about the lease. He came back with 2 offers and I declined both. I was not happy given the fact I spoke directly to finance to verify the information not once but twice. I walked out and left. Bob attempted to contact me and apologized for their error. I was never upset with him just finance. I sent Bob a text the next morning explaining my side as well as my position on the situation and my reasoning. Bob took that information and contacted management to explain what happened. He explained that something had to be done to make things right. A little while later I received another text message with another offer as well as an apology. I thought about it and decided I would accept the offer and come out the next day. The interesting part is I was actually at another dealership when this all occurred. I went back to the dealership the next day and it was nothing but smooth sailing. I had explained to Bob that I was disappointed because I never had a bad experience with a Joseph dealership until this had happened. I will say Bob took a bad situation and completely reversed it. I left with the car and I am very happy now. Had it not been for Bob and his diligence I would have never came back to the dealership. The product nor the dealership sold me that car, it was Bob and his personality. More
