I had a decent experience when I bought my vehicle but I was lied to by their Finance Manager and I am now out $1,500. He said I would get a refund if I didn't use the extended warranty I purchased but appa was lied to by their Finance Manager and I am now out $1,500. He said I would get a refund if I didn't use the extended warranty I purchased but apparently he failed to have me sign a form (which I didn't know existed at the time) or submit for the refund policy and Joseph won't do anything to remedy it. Their employee fails to do something they were supposed to and their customers suffer the consequences, all while they made money on it. More
