It is unfortunate to hear that you are unhappy with the Acura and with the extra time you spent at the Honda dealership. Perhaps Sales reduced the initial trade-in offer for the 2017 Honda Civic, with some 63,000 miles, because CARFAX stated it had been involved in two frontal accidents. In the photos, Tom sent you, the As-Is Buyer’s Guide for the 2014 Acura RDX, with some 56,000 miles and a clean CARFAX report, is clearly visible on the window of the left rear door. The buyer knows in advance that any post-purchase repairs are the responsibility of the buyer. No pressure was put on you by the dealership to purchase this vehicle. Instead, the pressure was placed on the dealership to purchase your Honda, strictly on your terms. From start to finish, you directed the deal. – Sandra Pomeraning - Customer Relations Manager
