I want to acknowledge Reggie for his grace under pressure when I came in on a recent busy Monday morning. His shop was operating with a shortage of staff that day, and Mondays tend to be very busy. They didn’t replace the engine vcover after an oil change and did not screw down the oil cap and oil sprayed on my engine .
