Carly was the best explaining different options and actually showing me where I could get information from the steering wheel about maintenance information and fuel usage. Joe San Roman was busy the da actually showing me where I could get information from the steering wheel about maintenance information and fuel usage. Joe San Roman was busy the day of the sale and giving us the best deal with the Honda as he could. He connected my phone to the system and showed me the AWD choices near the gear shift. He also told us where to shut off the automatic idle shut off. However, I’m disappointed that your Honda app is only for scheduling appointments basically. I love my Chevy Trax app that tells me my oil life, the amount of psi in tires and the amount of gas still left. It does a diagnostic test also. Joe was in a hurry when I returned at 11:00 when he thought it was 10:00 am so he was in a rush. Not my fault ! For the most part Joe was good and personable but I was disappointed that day More
