I took my car in for an alignment. When I picked it up and drove it around the block the car was pulling to the right side. I returned to the dealership and was told that the technician who performed th and drove it around the block the car was pulling to the right side. I returned to the dealership and was told that the technician who performed the alignment also noticed that the car pulled to the right but he failed to make a note on the billing sheet. I was told to go back to where I purchased my tires. It was suggested that the problem was with the tires. However, when I purchased my tires two days before the alignment I did not have an issue with the car pulling to the right. I will now have to pay for another alignment with a more responsible and caring dealer. I now am concerned about other work that has been performed at Joyce Honda. More
