The dealership is good, I come in frequently for issues with my civic, they do their best to fix the issues but it’s never really actually fixed. Charles handled my car during my last visit and was inc with my civic, they do their best to fix the issues but it’s never really actually fixed. Charles handled my car during my last visit and was incredibly attentive. I originally came in for a tire issue, but he went a step further and looked into a problem with my TPMS that I had previously been told would be an out-of-pocket expense. After doing some research, he discovered it was actually eligible for warranty coverage, which I really appreciated. More
