I drove 2.5 hrs to buy from Joyce and here is why. Catherine Carr in sales and Jonathan Perez in finance were awesome. I'm a Pennsylvania car guy and like to do a lot of research before buying. I generally never buy from any dealer in NJ or in Philadelphia because of past experience/knowledge. Joyce kept coming up in my search for the car I wanted but I ignored it at first. I finally called but with a lot of skepticism that the car would have issues and it would be an impersonal and all about the sales pitch experience. It was totally the opposite. They patiently answered all my questions over the phone and through e-mail without the usual line of "just come test drive it and we'll make a deal". I hate when a dealer just wants to get you to the dealership without first answering the questions I have. I had preapproved financing with my credit Union and because I own a business every time I apply for financing it always takes days of paperwork. Because they seemed like they were trying to help I decided to reapply with Joyce. They only took 5 minutes of my time and I was approved in 30 minutes. That really shocked me. They even got me a better rate then my Credit Union. I'll definitely look for them the next time anyone in my family wants a car. More
