I was not new to Joyce Honda... I returned there following a terrible broadside hit to my 08 Honda CR-V. My Honda went to it's death to protect my husband, grandson and myself and sadly was totaled following a terrible broadside hit to my 08 Honda CR-V. Then Hurricane Sandy hit making life really challenging here in New Jersey. I called the Joyce Honda dealership to make sure they were opened but the phones were not working. After the second day...my husband and I just drove down to the dealership. We pulled into the pre-owned lot and there he was - Mark Yager walked the lot with us to find the perfect low mileage, clean carfax, Honda certified replacement vehicle for me. Now keep in mind.... Joyce Honda had no power, heat, phones, computers, fax, copy machine and yet the next day I drove out of the dealership in my new 09 Honda CR-V with a FULL TANK OF GAS that Mark Yager invested 2 hrs to wait in line to fill. I am more than pleased with the dealership and service department....I returned there and recommend you do to. More

Diana was very friendly and helpful as we were searching for a used car that would suit our needs. We had our eyes on a used Honda Pilot and she showed us a couple of vehicles on the lot (Pilots and other c for a used car that would suit our needs. After looking we were not really crazy about the cars we tested, so she told us about a car that wasn't ready for sale. My first thought was, "Yeah, sure...is this one of those tricks to get us to spend more money or something like that?" She showed us a car that was about to be prepped for sale, but it was locked and unavailable to drive. She said she would call us when it was ready, probably in a day or two. Sure enough, 2 days later she called and we drove out again to look at it. The car was in great shape, had pretty much all the features we were looking for, and it was in the same price range we were already looking. They helped us with financing and we bought the Pilot. After the sale there was an issue with the title, but they promptly made new temporary tags until the new title was ready. All-in-all, we had a very good experience. It was a pain driving out there three different times dealing with the title, but in the end it all worked out. I would recommend this dealer, and ask for Diana!!! More

My overall experience was very good. I had a minor hiccup that was quickly resolved and traded in my old '01 Camry for a lightly used '12 Civic.
