I have been to Joyce Honda with my 1 year old Odyssey 4 times in the last 3 months to have the same issue "looked at." Each time, I was never contacted by the service department and provided an updated, n times in the last 3 months to have the same issue "looked at." Each time, I was never contacted by the service department and provided an updated, nor to tell me my car was ready. I had to contact them. On the 4th attempt at fixing the issue, MY HUSBAND had to suggest to them what to do (he's not a mechanic) and FINALLY the problem seems to be fixed. I sat in the waiting room for over 25 minutes for them to get paperwork for me to leave. They told me the keys were in my car. I get to my car...no keys. Head back in AGAIN and no one could locate them. HORRENDOUS! More
