Took over 3 hours for an oil change. Waited 30min in line just to drop off my car. When I picked it up I was over charged and informed they charged me for a tire rotation when I never requested one. They rem just to drop off my car. When I picked it up I was over charged and informed they charged me for a tire rotation when I never requested one. They removed charge when I addressed it but it took 10 more minutes to confirm before removing. When I arrived at my destination I checked the tires and in fact they were never even rotated. To charge me for a rotation that was never completed is outrageous. More
