I have been dealing with the dealership since 1990 and experiencing few challenges good and bad since then. In regards to my last visit with the dealership of Service Dept.; my only comment will be to rev experiencing few challenges good and bad since then. In regards to my last visit with the dealership of Service Dept.; my only comment will be to review any recommendations for repair/replacement extremely thorough with the knowledgeable service manager [Eric M.] as well as getting a second opinion from outside local mechanic. . . .reasons being that you as a customer will be paying the service and shall make sure that repairs/replacement being accurately performed and necessary to ensure your safety on the road while driving. The last two Service visits resulted in work not completed. My previous service required returning to have the engine air intake shroud installed (it was left on the technicians bench). This last visit included an oil change and diagnostic for engine noise. I did not have the suspected repair done. Upon picking up my car, I noticed the oil maintenance sticker had not been replaced. Later, the dashboard oil maintenance minder showed 30% engine oil life. I suspect they performed the oil change, but am not confident. More

I have been a customer for 31 years, bought 3 Accords from Joyce, and travel 50 miles/1 hr. each way. This was a routine 75K service. It's been 9 mths/6K miles. Tire rotation was not done, nor was I i from Joyce, and travel 50 miles/1 hr. each way. This was a routine 75K service. It's been 9 mths/6K miles. Tire rotation was not done, nor was I informed that it was not included. Instead, they tried to sell me on $1K of optional service that is not needed. Upon checking out, the staff failed to give me my key. I carry a spare and almost drove back home 50 miles w/o my key. This is the 2nd time they failed to give me the key. Goodbye, Joyce Honda. More
