Extremely upset with the service received by Joey. I clearly stated not to do any actual work on the car unless they can tell me the amount. Joey ignored this and charged me anyway. When I reminded him I wanted to know the amount before getting any work done on my car, he immaturely said no problem and that he would undo the work he had done which would have damaged the car further and wasted more of my time (it had been 3+ hours by that time). The worst thing is, he did not even fix what he charged me $100 for. In fact, my tire is even worse condition than it was in before. This is why I scheduled another appointment, I expect to not be charged for this. My tire is now flat every single morning due to whatever Joey did to it. I have to spend at least 5 minutes every morning pumping air into it before leaving for work. More
