Bad experience, would not go there again When I took my HRV there for service a battery problem and a door lock problem. They called me and now it need 3 more things done to it NO NO NO When I took my HRV there for service a battery problem and a door lock problem. They called me and now it need 3 more things done to it NO NO NO I am sure they saw a woman bring the car in and thought the could just add things on to the order and I would just do them . The care has 21,000 miles on it and didn't need these things done. I will NEVER go back there More

Dishonest/Arrogant Dealership!! Koons Honda is a very dishonest dealership. I was negotiating with 3 different dealerships for a new vehicle and received a price quote via email mid Koons Honda is a very dishonest dealership. I was negotiating with 3 different dealerships for a new vehicle and received a price quote via email midday n a Friday afternoon and based on the quote decided to buy the vehicle from them. They were about $250 more than the best deal that I received from other dealerships but decided to give them my business since they were a local business. I went to to the dealership later that evening to complete the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. Once I started the paperwork process the Manager, Sunny Haque, then let me know that he mispriced the vehicle by $1,000 and that he wouldn't be able to honor the price he sent me earlier. I was extremely annoyed and upset by this as I was warned by one of the other dealerships that I was working with that Koons was known for doing this. The sad part is my wife bought a car from them years ago and that didn't seem to matter. Joyce Koons should really take a look at the ethics of this dealership and make some changes. This is a horrible way to conduct business. I will never work with this dealership again and and advising my friends and family to avoid them as well. More

Very pleased with services. Had a Honda roof rack, cross bars, tow hitch, wiring harness, and extra cooling system for the transmission added to our Pilot. Solid Service Manager Joyce Koons Honda was able to get in on a Saturday morning (I called Friday afternoon). The service manager I dealt with really polite. I'm a woman and half the time when I'm talking to a man at about a car, I end the conversation annoyed and vowing to not return with any busy for their company. I did NOT get that here though. My vehicles issue was explained to me and my options were laid out pretty clearly. When I decided to postpone getting any work done, I didn't feel any pressure or negative attitude. This was my first experience with Joyce Koons Service Department, but I do plan on returning based on it. It isn't the closest Honda dealer to me, but a positive impression goes a long way with my dollars. More

Awful sales department People in the Honda dealership were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. And the price they offered was very fair. But once you are transferred to th People in the Honda dealership were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. And the price they offered was very fair. But once you are transferred to the sales department, a good experience became one I will never repeat. We had to wait 45 minutes just to see the sales trainee who had been assigned to us even though there were no other customers at all. Once we got in the office, the paperwork went incredibly slowly. And one of the big factors for the delay is the time spent there attempting to convince us that the new CRV we were buying was certainly going to have thousands of dollars in repairs that made it foolish not to buy an expensive extended warranty for which they provided no paperwork until the end after we'd refused to buy and even that paperwork was missing key details like how long it was good for. So we left with a brand new car and a very bad experience. I can't think of anywhere else where the last thing they do before selling you something that costs 30K+ is to spend an extended period of time insuring you that it was going to break and cost you lots of money. I've had much better experiences buying cars in other places. More
