I'm a woman and half the time when I'm talking to a man at about a car, I end the conversation annoyed and vowing to not return with any busy for their company. I did NOT get that here though. My vehicles issue was explained to me and my options were laid out pretty clearly. When I decided to postpone getting any work done, I didn't feel any pressure or negative attitude. This was my first experience with Joyce Koons Service Department, but I do plan on returning based on it. It isn't the closest Honda dealer to me, but a positive impression goes a long way with my dollars. More

Awful sales department People in the Honda dealership were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. And the price they offered was very fair. But once you are transferred to the sales department, a good experience became one I will never repeat. We had to wait 45 minutes just to see the sales trainee who had been assigned to us even though there were no other customers at all. Once we got in the office, the paperwork went incredibly slowly. And one of the big factors for the delay is the time spent there attempting to convince us that the new CRV we were buying was certainly going to have thousands of dollars in repairs that made it foolish not to buy an expensive extended warranty for which they provided no paperwork until the end after we'd refused to buy and even that paperwork was missing key details like how long it was good for. So we left with a brand new car and a very bad experience. I can't think of anywhere else where the last thing they do before selling you something that costs 30K+ is to spend an extended period of time insuring you that it was going to break and cost you lots of money. I've had much better experiences buying cars in other places. More
