First when I think of Karl Flammer, I think of three people. Meghan Purvis, David and Neil Kaiser are the face of the company. They each bring a hometown feel to a corporate division. He was responsive to calls and provided updates along the way without becoming overbearing. It was the perfect amount of communication along the way.
