Service dept left a lot to be desired. I had an appointment with Angelo. I dropped off my car at 945. Angelo called minutes later to have me approve a diagnostic. I approved. Three hours l I had an appointment with Angelo. I dropped off my car at 945. Angelo called minutes later to have me approve a diagnostic. I approved. Three hours later hadn't heard a word so I text him. He told me an hour later that diagnostics usually take 24 hours. He never told me that when he called for my approval. He said he would look into it and let me know where I was in the queue. He never called back. His lack of communication and follow thru were very disappointing. I also emailed the service dept the next morning seeing that he never called me and they never responded either. More
