Robyn Brandl & the Flammer tech team are absolutely what contemporary automotive service pros should be. Instead of just filling out a work order, Robyn creates confidence in the customer that Flammer real contemporary automotive service pros should be. Software systems on every car brand nowadays are obviously very complicated - and can create frustration, just like any tech device. This was my first service visit to Flammer. I had a couple of software update issues with an Edge that I could not fix on my own. From the get go, Robyn came across as understanding what I was dealing with, and how the team would tackle it. She said she would stay in touch regarding progress, because some in-depth analysis of the system was required. As promised, she communicated through text messages & let me know when the car could be picked up. Robyn took me to the car and explained everything they had looked at & how the issues been addressed. And now, all the systems work great. The paperwork was very complete. Very satisfied! This family owned dealership tries to do right by the customer. I have not seen this kind of personal quality from the chain owned dealerships.
