Great service from Angelo. Very disappointed that we dropped of our 2016 explorer for recall, could not use vehicle while awaiting for parts and service to be completed since t Very disappointed that we dropped of our 2016 explorer for recall, could not use vehicle while awaiting for parts and service to be completed since there were no loaner vehicles available. Had to rent a vehicle for a few days and suffer without vehicle. Ford should have give us loaner car or let us use our bejhiclw while parts can in. Was told that does would not cover recall - new transmission of we used car. Ford should have paid for us to have rental for entire time or five loner car. More
