The dealership is very clean and professional and all the people we dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous. The problem I have is that in order to purchase the vehicle I wanted, I " had to purchase people we dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous. The problem I have is that in order to purchase the vehicle I wanted, I " had to purchase the Flammer 5 Protection Plan" which in my opinion is nothing short of extortion. I was told they couldn't remove it from the price because "it" was already " installed" on the vehicle. The only physical thing installed on the vehicle was something similar to Rain-x on the windshield to repel water for which I was charged $1995.00. I would much rather have spent that money on a Ford Motor Company extended warranty, but after being charged $1995.00 on something I didn't want I couldn't see spending another $2000.00. More

Darlene always take good care of me and my truck. She is a pleasure to deal with. Always tries her best to make sure all problems are addressed and communicated during the process with phone calls. The service, as usual, was excellent! I was estimated an hour and a half but my service was done in 40 mins. As I maneuver in society I can see "customer service" is a dying art.
