Liked the young lady that picked up my truck she was professional and nice. On the other hand her driver was rude older gentleman said his job was hard. Miss led on the warranty that I purchased. Was told it was basically bumper to bumper excluding general wear and tear. I have 2 issues with my car that apparently are not covered by Portfolio. Well lets start with the vehicle was as described and listed.. the dealership was very clean and nice as one would expect, but some of the people working there are less than pleasant. The salesman Doug i listed.. the dealership was very clean and nice as one would expect, but some of the people working there are less than pleasant. The salesman Doug is the worst person i have ever had to deal with in any sort of sales situation. Rude, inconsiderate and acted like i was just ruining his day by trying to negotiate the price, shaking his head and getting a attitude which he had a few times prior to me flying down, but its hard to judge a person just over the phone. I soon found out he is the same in person, Had i not traveled 950 miles to buy this vehicle, i would have left immediately. But i guess thats my fault for not trying harder to negotiate over the phone before i got down there.. So if someone is interested in a car and doug answers the phone, immediately ask for a different salesman....I always though that purchasing something new to you was supposed to be enjoyable, Doug took that away for me, Thanks Doug.. I hope some how some way you get to read this and stop conducting business this way or find a new occupation.
