Bob was very professional and knowledgable and I enjoyed the test drive with him and learning more about the car. Negotiating the price on the car also was pleasant and done in a professional and respectul manner. I worked with Steve Kwasman in Finance who was very thorough and layed out all the options in a straight forward factual manner, which was appreciated. Knauz also had a couple of guys walk me through all the cars great attributes and NAV system, which was a helpful and a much needed tutorial. Lots of folks dread buying a car, but Knauz made the experience fun. If you are in the Chicago market and looking for a BMW (they also sell other luxury lines), Knauz has my highest recommendation, and being a former BMW owner, I have worked with a couple other dealers that couldn't even come close to the great experience I had with Knauz! Supieror Experience I had the chance to buy my car from Knauz and could not be more excited about the outcome. To be honest, my first time at the dealership was lacklust I had the chance to buy my car from Knauz and could not be more excited about the outcome. To be honest, my first time at the dealership was lackluster. After arriving and test driving the car, I was told the computers were shut down at 7.30pm when Knauz is advertised as open til 8pm. After a couple emails that same evening, I was introduced Judy Powell which turned my entire experience on its head. Judy, was truly attentive to my every need and extremely helpful in the process. I could not rave more about the comfort she brought to the entire experience and I would highly recommending her to any car buyer. Knauz has a very special employee on their hands. Bravo More

Bob Geisheheker was attentive, heard what I wanted, pinpointed the car within minutes, sent I have purchased my second BMW within less than 2 years. Bob Geisheheker was attentive, heard what I wanted, pinpointed the car within minutes, sent me for a test drive and made the experience pleasant and simple. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He made himself available as my schedule changed so I could pick up the car at my convenience and attended to my questions and concerns. He made sure I was aware of all options that were available, but did not try to sell me on options if I was not interested, nor did he try to convince me to buy a car with less options because it was in his inventory. The experience I had with Bob at Knauz was very positive and pleasant. He made sure that I was comfortable with the options the car has and that I was informed with how to use the options. He also encouraged me to come back or to call him if I had any future questions or concerns. He has demonstrated impressive follow up after the sale was complete.
