I received a call after 20 minutes that a car with the same specification was in transit and I should stop by and check it out, I stopped over and my experience for the 3 time at Knauz dealing with Judy was the best she made the experience great and easy as always and she helped me get the best possible deal available. Judy is great to deal with and I will recommend her to anybody looking for a great buying experience during and after buying the car I consider her one of my family members. Another 2 people I like to thank are Spencer (BMW Genius) he explained everything about the X3 to my wife and I with a hands-on experience that was easy to follow also Steve Kwasman that made out financing experience the easiest ever since I started buying cars. I dropped into the Knauz dealership on a whim with the intention to obtain some information and to look at vehicles I might potentially be interested in. We took a test drive and Judy again was extremely helpful instructing me on the nuances of the vehicle. I found the vehicle to be exactly what I was looking for and Judy had my car quickly appraised and later that afternoon called with a price proposal. I decided to sleep on it but the next day Judy called to advise that another buyer had test driven the vehicle and had decided to purchase it. Before purchasing our new BMW 550xi, we have previously owned 4 BMWs, all bought at Knauz BMW. The customer-friendly service at Knauz BMW has been exceptional over the years. It is so exceptional that ou owned 4 BMWs, all bought at Knauz BMW. The customer-friendly service at Knauz BMW has been exceptional over the years. It is so exceptional that our daughter brings her 2 BMWs from Troy, Michigan, to have them serviced at Knauz. All of our car buying experiences at Knauz have also been exceptional, so much so that we do not even go to other dealers. We are just very comfortable at Knauz. The salesman who sold us the 4 previous BMWs had left the dealership, so we talked to the Sales Manager and explained that we were long-time customers of Knauz and had "done our homework" on the 550xi. Thus, we wanted him to select an experienced and polished salesperson to work with us. He chose Bob Geisheker - an excellent choice. Bob was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us an extensive overview of the various available packages and the computer capabilities. When it came down to buying a car, Bob did not try to play games by bargaining back and forth with us but went directly to the Sales Manager to come up with a reasonable price for the car. This was greatly appreciated by us as we are both professionals and not the type of people who tolerate games at car dealerships. Bob was very professional in all aspects of the buying process and has contacted us several times to make sure that all is well with our new car. We are very happy to have Bob as "our new salesman at Knauz". Knauz also has a "BMW Genius," Spencer Parker, who was truly a genius at explaining all of the electronics in the car - he knew everything about that car! I was surprised to read people’s reviews that had mentioned poor service, and I was shocked that the sales representatives were referred to as “absolute snobs”, since we have always have a pleasant experience at Karl Knauz and have always felt welcomed, and properly assisted. I would like to express our special appreciation to our wonderful, beautiful, and charming sales representative, Judy Powel. We met Judy 3 years ago when we were returning my BMW X5 and purchasing my BMW X3. She had convinced me that the car would suit me best at that time, and she was right! She has guided us through many decisions we have needed to make based on our budget without any pressure. Judy is very responsive, intelligent, caring and very dedicated to her customers in the most genuine way. She possesses great people skills and is easy to build a strong relationship with. This past February, we returned to look for another BMW – BMW X1. We knew we had to go straight to Judy for help with our decision. I took delivery of my BMW X1 from Knauz on 12/30. Judy Powell and Steve Kwasman, the business manager, helped me complete all the paperwork. It was an easy transaction. She was not only friendly, courteous, and patient, but also quite knowledgeable and a good communicator. She even went the extra mile to make sure that my garage door opener and transponder, which I had inadvertently left in my trade-in, were returned to me although the car has already been moved to a different location. I finally met Howard Kraus, my assigned advisor just a couple days ago as he was on leave at the time I purchased my car. And I found him to be very nice and helpful too. I made an appointment to see Spencer yesterday for some questions I had on computer-related features of the car. Even though I was late, Spencer was unperturbed and patiently answered all my questions and showed me even more stuff. I would highly recommend Knauz, especially Judy and Spencer, when you’re shopping for a new BMW. More

This is my third car from Knauz since 2009, last two times dealt with Judy. Hard to imagine that anyone would take the time and put in such effort to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, but that times dealt with Judy.
