Snubbed on on Older Vehicle Bodywork After being a long term customer of this dealership(20 plus yrs) i have an older vehicle that needed some rust repair so i went in for an estimate. N After being a long term customer of this dealership(20 plus yrs) i have an older vehicle that needed some rust repair so i went in for an estimate. Needless to say the rep that i attempted to get the estimate from told he he would email me the estimate for the work i needed done. NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!! I think because my vehicle is 15 yrs old and wasnt a big insurance money maker they didnt want to bother.. Not everyone can afford a new vehicle for 40k or more. Very disappointed in the way Kayser has chosen to do business in both their sales and collision center the past 10 yrs or so, we have spend literally thousands of dollars with them to keep things up, We dont do business anymore with them except for their service dept More

Great Experience! Ed was great to work with and so accommodating. Just got my 2016 Ford Escape and so far I love it. Clutch Problem with Focus Kayser Ford has been fantastic to work with. Soon after purchasing a used Focus from them we started to notice a significant and worsening shuddering Kayser Ford has been fantastic to work with. Soon after purchasing a used Focus from them we started to notice a significant and worsening shuddering sensation when accelerating from a dead stop. Kayser replaced the clutch that was still under the manufacturer's warranty and they got it done on the day after Christmas! Merry Christmas to us from Kayser Ford Service! More

Went out of their way to satisfy me. I purchased a convertible in the winter time. It was from an out of state trade in.
