But not disappointed in dealing with the personel. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Probably the best buying experience I've had. And the first time I didn't leave feeling like we've been taken for a ride. Danny Williams, good job, it was a pleasure. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is my husband and I are old school, and would have liked to go through the technology on the car more thoroughly. But time was a factor. Hopefully, that will still take place changing my rating to 5. More

Amended Review I am amending my review I wrote on 3/20/19. Prior to purchasing my vehicle it was not disclosed to me that there was only one key. When I inquired a I am amending my review I wrote on 3/20/19. Prior to purchasing my vehicle it was not disclosed to me that there was only one key. When I inquired about it they said their key contractor wasn’t there that day but they would get back to me. Two weeks later I received a text that they couldn’t help me and I would need to contact a VW dealership to get another key. The cost of a new key is $200 and I will be paying that additional expense out of my pocket. I should have been told up front there was only one key. It is unfortunate that because of the way they chose to handle this situation that I will not purchase from them again nor will I recommend them to people I know. More

New York driver buying a car out of state I am a New York City driver. The People at Kearn's (especially two men named Jeffrey and Gunner) made the transaction of buying a car online in a diff I am a New York City driver. The People at Kearn's (especially two men named Jeffrey and Gunner) made the transaction of buying a car online in a different state very easy. They were very friendly. Even the men who drove all the way from Wisconsin to Queens were very kind, and made an easy transaction. The only issue I had was due to the different laws (for the title/registration), it made it difficult to register the car in NY. Let me make it clear that this had NOTHING to do with the people at Kearn's. In fact Gunner was kind enough to send me another temporary license plate, which protected me until the title/registration issue was resolved with the bank, and they overnighted it to me which was a GREAT help! This is a great car company. Buy with confidence! More
