I traded in her 2010 Challenger SE Rallye and paid the difference in cash. Since the Kearns Dealership in Johnson Creek, WI is located 126 miles from my home in River Forest, IL, it was essential for us to complete the negotiations by email. Judy and Jeff were very accommodating. When I arrived at Kearns, the 2017 Challenger GT had already been prepared, and Gunner handled all of the paperwork expeditiously. Over-all, I appreciated the no-haggle experience. Most importantly, my wife loves her new car. More
Great salesman, questionable service dept We had a wonderful experience with Jeff. He was helpful, transparent, and not pushy like a lot of dealerships. Patrick in finance was great as well. My only criticism would be that we heard a noise with the engine that we thought could be an exhaust leak, and they had service take a look at it. When we went back and I had asked multiple times what it was, they just said it was "good to go" and sent us on our way. We can still hear a slight noise and will be taking it to a GMC dealer for further inspection. We noticed when we were leaving that the car was only washed and not detailed on the inside. They also only put a quarter of a tank of gas in it after we had asked them to fill it from almost empty. I was surprised that we didn't have a more polished truck in the end after the money that was spent. Overall the sales experience was great, but I would recommend improvements on the final product and service department. More

I had planned to make the 4.5 hour one way trip to pick it up, but a few issues came up and Kearns decided it best to deliver the car to me. They were above the mark in the care they showed to me. The price was extremely fair and actually lower than most places that I looked with in a 4 state area. I will use them again in the future! More
