Walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect as every other dealership I have been to has been either sketchy or tries forcing you to buy a car. As soon as we got there, the car (2019 Audi S5), was every other dealership I have been to has been either sketchy or tries forcing you to buy a car. As soon as we got there, the car (2019 Audi S5), was waiting for us to look at and we were immediately greeted by Phil. Phil was such an awesome representative of the company as he quickly related to us, was laid back about the purchasing process, didn’t try forcing sales tactics down our throats, and respected our time frame to the EXACT time we said we had to leave. If you decide to go to buy and/or just check out cars at this dealership I would highly recommend checking in with Phil. Gunner in the finance department was also awesome. Dude ran us through all the paperwork and explained it to us and made us feel like we weren’t being forced to sign anything we didn’t want to. Both Phil and Gunner provided an awesome buying experience for us and we can strongly say that we have absolutely no regrets and nothing that we would have changed about the experience!!!! Also on a side note for those of you who may be wondering…we were NOT charged heavily taxed dealership fees like most other dealerships try doing. Asides from sales tax and a very small fee, the price you saw listed for the car is the price that you get!!!! Walked away with an awesome car, awesome price, and awesome experience!! More
