The experience was good overall. Phil was friendly and replied in a timely fashion. Kearns would have earned 5 stars if not for the inaccurate listing. There were features listed on the website that the vehicle did not have. The car was listed as a prius 4 when in fact it was a prius 2. That said, they did install heated seats for the inconvenience of driving over two hours to test the car. The car price was in line with the market. Satisfied so far. More

This was by far the best dealer experience I've had and I worked at a dealer that I bought from while I was there. Very easy going staff, super chill environment my salesmen (Tommy) was very helpful and nev worked at a dealer that I bought from while I was there. Very easy going staff, super chill environment my salesmen (Tommy) was very helpful and never ones tried to push me into something I didn't want he worked with me to view a couple cars best part he never questioned what I was able to afford or what my budget was. We are very satisfied with our vehicle purchase from Kearns. We had been shopping online for sometime when we came across the 2019 Chevy Colorado @ Kearns. We were surprised that it was still on the lot Kearns. We had been shopping online for sometime when we came across the 2019 Chevy Colorado @ Kearns. We were surprised that it was still on the lot for the price they were asking. Initially thought it was another ad that was just seeking sale leads. We contacted Kearns & came into contact with Phil who assured us it was for real & he painlessly walked us through the entire purchase with humor, brevity & reliable follow through. We are not from the area, so some logistical challenges that we easily over come with clear & consistent communication. We are difficult to please & will walk away from a deal with the slightest inclination of impropriety or trust. We would glad do the whole experience all over again but can't afford the Lamborghini at this time. Thanks to Phil & all of the Kearns staff for making the experience so enjoyable!😃👍 More
