Jeff Griffin was our sales representative. He went out of his way to find a vehicle that we liked. He even let us take it home overnight before we bought it! The dealership, however, did not fill our new of his way to find a vehicle that we liked. He even let us take it home overnight before we bought it! The dealership, however, did not fill our newly purchased vehicle with gas, they washed it before we left, but still had dead bugs stuck to the grill. Also Kearns motor sales license plate holders and the dealership sticker were on MY new vehicle. I wished they would have asked if I wanted to use MY car to advertise for them for free? Nothing a hair dryer and new license plate holders can't fix. It would have been nice if asked if I wanted their name plastered all over MY car. Dealership is okay JEFF IS AWESOME! More

My sales person Danny, was very knowledgeable about every car we test drove. He really answered all of my questions and put me at ease with out high pressure sales. PHIL WAS AMAZING! I live in Colorado and found my dream car at Kearns Motor Car in WI. After 1 call with Phil, the car was held for me, we did the paperwork that day and it was in my driveway 3 days later car at Kearns Motor Car in WI. Everything was great until after the wire transfer. The vehicle was not delivered as described. I called my salesman right away and sent an email explaining the problems and he told me he would pass it on vehicle was not delivered as described. They told me they would fix all problems and have there service manager contact me to schedule repairs. It has been almost 2 weeks and after numerous calls I still can not get a response from them to schedule repairs. On top of all that I was told that the title would be mailed to me in 3-5 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received anything. I would give them 5 stars but the follow up is absolutely horrible! 20+ years of being in business, if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business!!! More
