PHIL WAS AMAZING! I live in Colorado and found my dream car at Kearns Motor Car in WI. After 1 call with Phil, the car was held for me, we did the paperwork that day and it was in my driveway 3 days later car at Kearns Motor Car in WI. After 1 call with Phil, the car was held for me, we did the paperwork that day and it was in my driveway 3 days later! I could not believe it. Phil sent me pictures of the car every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was great until after the wire transfer. The vehicle was not delivered as described. I called my salesman right away and sent an email explaining the problems and he told me he would pass it on vehicle was not delivered as described. I called my salesman right away and sent an email explaining the problems and he told me he would pass it on to his sales manager. They told me they would fix all problems and have there service manager contact me to schedule repairs. It has been almost 2 weeks and after numerous calls I still can not get a response from them to schedule repairs. On top of all that I was told that the title would be mailed to me in 3-5 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received anything. I would give them 5 stars but the follow up is absolutely horrible! 20+ years of being in business, if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business!!! More
