Quick service, I saw the car I wanted online that morning and drove off with it by that afternoon. I had been surfing the internet for red Buick Envisions. I ran across a 2018 at Kearns. I called to make sure it was available and made an appointment to look and road test it. When my wife and I arrived to I ran across a 2018 at Kearns. I called to make sure it was available and made an appointment to look and road test it. When my wife and I arrived to drive it , we were met at the car by Phil. We did a short road test and were told a few of the features during the road test. As usual, we weren't offered what we felt was an equitable trade in for our vehicle. We didn't purchase that day. We made contact another day to determine if the deal minus trade was good, so went back and purchased minus a trade in. We are happy with the vehicle. Our only complaint is that it would have been nice if the sales staff would have done a better job of explaining all the features of this vehicle because it has a lot of features that weren't on our other vehicles. Otherwise, Phil and Gunner were easy to work with. More
