Technicians either need to be better trained or they need to be advised on honestly and transparency. Took our vehicle to a different dealership only after having it a total of 5 days ( 1 day after they said to be advised on honestly and transparency. Took our vehicle to a different dealership only after having it a total of 5 days ( 1 day after they said they "fixed" the problem). No trust in this dealership to treat ALL customers the same REGARDLESS of their pocket book including the owner who puts on a fake smile to try and make you feel like your small purchase matters. If you are in the market for a brand new $200,000 Plus vehicle, you'll probably be treated like royalty. Would not recommend to the "little guy" looking for a second "fun car". Service Department - No freaking way. More

Phenomenal. The environment in which Kearns has brought to car sales, NEEDS to be spread to other dealers around the world! OTHER dealers TAKE NOTE! Just another $1000 repair on my Corvette... Just tried to get my car out of the garage for a spin...........now, the Throttle Body Position Sensor is bad, Car won't run - $1000 TO FIX IT - agai Just tried to get my car out of the garage for a spin...........now, the Throttle Body Position Sensor is bad, Car won't run - $1000 TO FIX IT - again.....I bought this car about 2 years ago and it's spent more time in the shop or garage than driven.......I now to date have spent over $4,000 on repairs. AGAIN - Phil said this was a really clean car - well for being really clean, this piece of xxxx was sold back to GM because it was a lemon....it's the dirtiest car I have ever bought. More
