Austin was the first person I spoke to about the car and he set the tone for my experience... Did everything he could to help me make a decision on the car.... Being that I had to drive over 5 hours to see the car he offered free transport... He sent tons of detailed pictures and video and everything was exactly as he said it was when I saw it in person... Steve was amazing.... Really down to earth and was very patient with me and my finance company... Patrick never pressured me, he made it clear he only wanted to guide me through my purchase... Tommy left a lifetime lasting impression on me with the 4 hours I spent with him... And Ryan was willing to take care of any service I needed done to the car.... I called the dealership and they linked me up with Gordy who is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He answered all my questions. Believe me I had plenty. The whole transaction was really smooth. They worked out a reasonable price and payment. They also made sure that I had everything I need. All the staff was very nice and easy to work with. From the employee who greeted us when we arrived We travelled three hours to look at a particular vehicle at this dealership and it was well worth it! From the employee who greeted us when we arrived to the salesman who sold us the vehicle, we had an enjoyable no nonsense experience. The biggest sell for us was not only the great personality of the salesman but the fact that the dealership delivered the truck to us the same day and picked up our trade-in so we didn't have to come back to seal the deal. My oldest son will be needing a newer car soon and I will definitely be working with this dealership on that purchase. More
