We laid all the cards on the table and they went more than the extra mile to earn our business back. Not only did we get the best deal possible, but the transaction and interaction with everyone we worked with was the way it should’ve always been. If there’s ever an example of earning our business back this would be it! Thank you for not only addressing all our previous issues, but providing excellent and professional communication, not to mention an incredible offer. While we are grateful for the deal we got, the one thing that will make us return in the future is honesty, professionalism, and meeting us on a personal level. Ben Mooney made this process very easy and pleasant. When I arrived at the dealership another salesman was busy (and who I have never spoken with before or met) so Ben took care of me. OK sales experience, sales managers play traditional back-and-forth-games. Dealer delivery was a let down. Did not complete the pre-delivery checklist, the washer fluid was even empty. Rear tint had bub back-and-forth-games. Dealer delivery was a let down. Did not complete the pre-delivery checklist, the washer fluid was even empty. Rear tint had bubbles in it. Took it back to address these, rear tint corrected but pre-delivery checklist still does not appear to have been completed. However, when it was taken back they had damaged the front air xxxx. They have agreed to fix it, but still waiting for them to get the part and repair the damage. More
